New Rewinder Jagenberg 3200 mm.
Meridional Carte srl has implemented a new Jagenberg Varidur rewinder 3200 mm wide in its fleet. This new production plant with a linear speed of 1200 mt / min. will allow a production increase of over 30%. Meridional Carte srl is always attentive to market developments and continues to invest to meet the needs of its customers. The new rewinder is equipped with automatic tension control, laser paper defect detection system, automated paper passage system in order to minimize any accidents at work. The same can produce reels from 15 cm up to 320 cm.
New truck
Meridional Carte srl has added a new vehicle to its fleet. Another step to ensure our customers safe and punctual transport.
New unwinder Rewinder 2800 mm
Meridional Carte srl has implemented a new 3000 mm light unwinder on the Rewinder 2800. Thanks to QUINGDAO FULLON RICHANCE INDUSTRY & TRADE CO.LTD. and specifically to Mr. Jack always careful to satisfy our requests.
New tension regulation system
Meridional Carte srl has installed the new tension regulation system on the IMS 1600 Rewinder. A step forward in automation and in trying to always give a higher quality of our products to customers.
FSC certification
Meridional Carte srl obtained the FSC-STD - 40 - 004 Version 3.0 and FSC STD - 50 - 001 certification from SGS SA on 22/12/2020. This Certification allows us to be sure to market Eco compatible products in compliance of the Environment. Thanks to Agrosistemi Srl who with patience and dedication worked assiduously with us to make us achieve this important Certification.
New production unit
With great satisfaction, the new production unit was inaugurated on 12/14/2022. The new site of about 4,000 covered square meters can count on 4 production lines. 1 Hobema cutter (reel/sheet) 1650 mm. - 1 Goebel rewinder 1600 mm - 1 La Meccanica rewinder 850 mm and finally a latest generation reel saw 3800 mm. With this new production unit, Meridional Carte srl, in addition to implementing production for corrugators, also wants to create a space for itself in other sectors such as paper converting.
